Sales Funnels and Landing Pages
A landing page and a sales funnel is the marketing term for the journey potential customers can go through on the way to making a purchase. There are several steps to a sales funnel and the great thing is you can test each step. Landing pages are a great way to build your email list. The sales funnel is each step that someone has to take in order to become your customer.
How Sales Funnels Works
A visitor lands on your website or blog through Google or social link. They now become a prospect. They might check out your website, blog, shop and at some point, you offer them a chance to sign up for your email list then they become a lead.
You can then contact your leads with special offers
The sales funnel narrows as visitors move through it. So, more prospects at the top of the funnel than buyers at the bottom, but also because your messaging needs to become increasingly targeted.
Sales Funnel Stages
Remember these four stages represent your prospective customer’s mindset and need a different message
